Our free pattern for 2012 is a fun and festive Christmas quilt.  Each month we will post instructions for a different block in the quilt.  There are 12 in all, so you will receive the last block instructions in November 2012, which should give you plenty of time to finish your Jingle Bell Square quilt in time for Christmas!

For Jingle Bell Square – Block 1 – Wreath

Longest border strips should be 15 1/2 inches long instead of 14 1/2.  That allows you an extra 1/2 inch on each side for squaring up the block.

For Jingle Bell Square – Block 2 – Pinwheel star

One of our lovely quilters noticed a problem with the dimensions given for some of the squares in this pattern.  The 3 7/8" squares should actually be 3 1/4" squares.  Changes have been made to the pdf, so if you downloaded it before January 19, then you can download it again to get the right measurements or make the changes yourself.  We apologize for the inconvenience.
